Art Description:
Based on Mike Judge's Office Space, this piece explores the response people feel to hearing "looks like somebody's having a case of the Mondays". No one likes hearing it and it makes you want to saw your co-worker's head off. But not actually right? In today's era of late-capitalism, another main theme of my work, I wondered how people were going to respond to going back to the office. I think that this would not only look good in one but also serve a purpose. It seems like no one likes working in an office, I certainly didn't, so I'm not sure why we have them the way they are set up right now. Necessity maybe? I don't know.
